Please read below to check the changes for patch 2.1.
Left 4 Dead 2 Beta Pack v2.1: Local Edition
The previous 2.0 version will now be transitioning to the "Local Edition"
The Jockey and Spitter special infected have been scripted to no longer spawn.
Left 4 Dead 1 weapons will no longer spawn in The Parish.
Exclusive Left 4 Dead 2 items not from the E3 era will no longer spawn (bile/defib/magnum/etc...).
Melee weapons have finally been scripted to drop upon changing weapons
Fire ammo packs have been scripted to pre-deploy.
Left 4 Dead 1 reserve ammo for Left 4 Dead 2 weapons have been scripted again to be more consistent than previous scripts.
AK-47 has been removed, much like other Left 4 Dead 2 items, so the SCAR will no longer have a firing swap.
The Scar will be the only tier 2 automatic rifle to spawn. Its burst fire is also removed and is scripted to where it will no longer glitch with AK-47.
The Parish E3-inspired color correction has been added
E3-inspired walls and barricades have been added
Left 4 Dead 2 Beta Pack v2.1: Online Edition
This is now released as a completely new addon also with two parts
All scripts have been removed to allow Left 4 Dead 2 to work completely fine online.
Spitter will still use the appearance of the "concept styled" Spitter.
E3-inspired "Tip" grenade launcher reskin has been added
Boomette will no longer be removed, preventing online texture errors.
Left 4 Dead 1 reserved ammo will be reverted to Left 4 Dead 2's ammo.
AK-47 and Scar will no longer be swapped, preventing any further glitches.
All other mods pertaining to models, materials, reskins, animations, and sounds will still remain as necessary.

Left 4 Dead 2 beta loading screen has been released.

Both mods will be uploaded to GameMaps.com to help those who cannot utilize Steam Workshop.
